Supporting the Communities of Northwest Philadelphia
At Foundation for Health Equity (F4HE), we believe everyone should have a just and fair opportunity to achieve optimal health no matter where we live, who we are, or how much we earn. We pursue this by funding local organizations, convening community stakeholders, and, where possible, advocating for city and other policies that improve the health of all people in Northwest Philadelphia.
For two decades, F4HE has been a driving force in combating food insecurity and addressing critical health needs across Northwest Philadelphia's most vulnerable communities. Since its inception, F4HE has invested over $10 million through more than 500 strategic grants, transforming the lives of nearly 700,000 residents.
